The agency, which is headed by infamous super agent Scott Boras, has an immediate opening for a creative, well-organized team player with a genuine interest in a career in baseball.
There are certain standards and qualifications that any prospective applicant ha to meet of course.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or sufficient relevant experience) Prior baseball or team sports experience Proficient in presentations, visual graphics, and Microsoft Excel Outstanding communication, analytical, and organizational skills Able to operate under short deadlines in a fast-paced environment Salary range: $60,000 to $80,000
Blue Jays fans know Boras well, as the franchise has had several dealings with him recently, most notably in their offseason pursuits of both Juan Soto and Pete Alonsoo. As was written about plenty this offseason, the Blue Jays came out on the losing end, leading many to suspect that Boras was simply using the team as leverage and never had any intention of letting his clients play predominantly in Canada.
