One of the biggest questions heading into Spring Training is who will get the reserve infielder roles for the Blue Jays. With a plenty of options, there won't be room for everybody.

So, who's in and who's out?
The everyday starters at set. Alejandro Kirk at catcher, Vladimir Guerrero Jr. at first, Andres Gimenez at second, and a healthy Bo Bichette will return at short.
Ernie Clement, fresh off his Gold Glove nomination, will get the chance to be the everyday player at third.
But where does that leave the others?
Addison Barger should have an inside track on a job, seeing time in both the outfield and at third, particularly if Clement regresses.
The Blue Jays love Will Wagner and his bat and he will likely get a lot of DH days, with some first and second base mixed in.
Tyler Heineman is currently set to back-up Kirk but the Blue Jays have five additional catchers coming to spring, including Christian Bethancourt. If he performs well, he could win the job.
That leaves one roster spot left.
Davis Schneider will have to earn his way back onto the team after a dreadful 2024.
Additionally, the Blue Jays seem to prefer him in the outfield so he may not be a factor here.
Orelvis Martinez can hit everything and will be given a second chance after his suspension last year.
Although the Blue Jays love his bat, they would like to see his bat improve.
Then there's Leo Jimenez.
Although he was granted another option year, he feels like the best choice here, namely due to his ability to play shortstop.
With Bo coming back from injury, the Blue Jays may choose to give him a DH day here and there.
Jimenez could then cover Bo at shortstop.
Many things are possible. Josh Kasevich and Charles McAdoo will also be at camp. Jimenez is still my pick here, but anything could happen.
