It's been a rough few days for the Toronto Blue Jays. In spite of everything, players are maintaining a positive attitude and winning mindset, choosing instead to focus on the upcoming season.

One place where that was evident was through the lips of George Springer. The outfielder, who could see some time in left-field this season in addition to moving out of the leadoff spot, has said is open to whatever the team needs him to do.

The sentiments were also echoed by Max Scherzer, who cited a winning culture as one of the reasons he chose to sign with the Blue Jays.
Bo Bichette, who was asked about his own contract extension talks, also said he believes this team is capable of winning.
Vladimir Guerrero Jr., even after everything went down the way it did, still claims he wants to win a World Series with Toronto.
While many fans may not share the optimism of the players, it is vital that the Blue Jays don't into a negative headspace before the season starts.
Baseball is as much a mental game as it is physical, and setting a positive tone early and not letting the noise distract them will be key factors in getting through the slog of a six-month season.
If the Blue Jays do well in 2025, all will be forgiven. It starts with believing in yourself. In that regard, the Blue Jays are winning.
