In an interview with Sportsnet's Ben Nicholson-Smith about non-tendering Jordan Romano. The Blue Jays General Manager had this to say about the former Blue Jays closer:

Non-tendering Jordan Romano was a «very difficult» decision, according to Atkins, who says Blue Jays remain interested in their longtime closer and are «heavily pursuing» a reunion. «We have no medical concerns,» Atkins said.

The Jays are still looking for a new assistant pitching coach.

Would you like to see the Toronto Blue Jays bring Jordan Romano back?

Or is he too much of a risk going forward?

This fan would like to see Alek Manoah have a bounce back season and by the sounds of it he is on track to put himself in prime position the be ready for opening day.

If Bo Bichette can remain healthy in a contract year look out!

Willy Wagner might be Toronto's starting second baseman if he continues to hit like he did before his injury in late 2024.

More to come...
